These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viralo ("the Service"), operated by NilpachStudio. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing analysis, generating scripts, and improving the Service.

Analysis results and generated scripts are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our analysis or scripts.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free accounts include limited monthly usage
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of NilpachStudio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NilpachStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
